Job Description
THE ROLE Candidate would be actively working on L1, L2 related issues on Windows platform.He would be responsible for monitoring & troubleshooting jobs, analysing data, explicit actions as per runbook, escalation to Business support teams, and needs to handle events within stipulated timeframe.Understanding Priorities, able to clear distinguish between Urgent vs Important task / Job, Collaborate with L2 / L3 support to fix any long running issues, Design escalation matrix / mechanism for Working Days & Holiday Jobs & Analysis on Historical trend. Responsibilities :
- Investigating, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve issues.
- Taking ownership of issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution.
- Notify customer and third-party service providers of issues, outages, and remediation status in stipulated timeframe.
- Analyze data, escalations, follow runbook steps.
- Good understanding of monitoring tools, the availability and performance of distributed IT infrastructures using tools.
- Monitor client environment - application / system / platform / integration monitoring.
- Identify scope for automation for monitoring / support activities.
- Document all actions in accordance with standard company policies and procedures.
- Maintain / update runbooks and wiki databases with latest client information.
- Enthusiasm for communicating with customers and triaging how-to requests, bugs, and getting customersback on track.
- Provide timely updates to multiple internal stakeholders and update tickets worked upon.

- Hands-on experience in SQL.
- Hands-on experience in PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Experience in workflow design.
- Good debugging & analysis skill.
- Knowledge of Windows & File System objects.
- Knowledge of workflow scheduling tools.
- Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working in an Agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) required. Advantageous Skills
- Experience in Asset Management Industry preferred.
- Knowledge of Python & C#.Academic Requirements
- BS / MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent education
- At least 5+ years of experience in application development, integration, and support
