What You’ll Do – Position Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates across functions. This role involves talent sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, stakeholder management, and delivering a strong candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities :

• Source and identify potential candidates through job portals, social platforms, referrals, and internal databases.
• Conduct initial screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout.
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, trackers, and timely reporting.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the process.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
