Administrative for classes

VipraMinds Classes is expanding, and we are looking for a dynamic and responsible Admin who can support our academic operations and contribute to a positive learning environment.

✨ Key Responsibilities :

Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the classes

Coordinate between students, parents, and faculty

Handle class schedules, attendance, and academic records

Support in organizing class activities, events, and examinations

Ensure smooth functioning and discipline in the institute

Class handling & student management

✨ Preferred Qualifications :

Minimum 1 year experience in the education / academic industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage students and class activities efficiently

Candidates with Maths or Science faculty background are highly preferred

Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
