Job Overview :

We are seeking a talented Content Writer to join our high-impact marketing team in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in content writing, preferably within finance

or financial brands (e.g., Demat Apps, trading platforms). You will craft compelling copy

for social media, performance marketing, and in-app channels, tailored to stock market themes.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with industry veterans in a vibrant, innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Write engaging scripts for performance videos (e.g., social media reels, YouTube ads) and

create supporting content (e.g., blogs, email campaigns, in-app posts) focused on stock

market themes in English as the primary language, with good expertise in Hindi.

  • Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Grok) to enhance writing efficiency, optimize content for engagement,

    • and ensure alignment with Neo Group’s brand voice.

  • Collaborate with the Content Strategist, Graphic Designer, and Video Graphic Editor to produce

    • cohesive marketing materials that drive user interaction and conversion.

  • Create thumb-stopping content for social media posts (e.g., on Instagram, LinkedIn) that

    • educate and engage option traders and investors, emphasizing trading, investing, and market

    trends.

  • Stay updated on stock market trends and possess extensive knowledge of stock market

    • dynamics and AI-driven content tools to deliver relevant, high-quality content.

    Required Qualifications and Skills :

  • Experience : 1-3 years in content writing, ideally with finance-related or financial brands.

    • Experience with stock market content for fintech platforms is a plus.

    Key Skills :

  • Strong bilingual writing skills (English primary, Hindi proficiency required).
  • Proficiency in AI writing tools and digital marketing platforms.
  • Deep knowledge of stock market dynamics (e.g., trading, investing, equities, derivatives).
  • Education : Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field;

    • certifications in content marketing or finance are advantageous.

  • Other Requirements : Passion for the finance domain, creative mindset, and ability to thrive

    • in a fast-paced environment. Must be based in Mumbai or willing to relocate.
