Job Summary :
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting healthcare professionals, including nurses, physicians, and allied health staff. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and the ability to source and place qualified candidates in various healthcare settings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Candidate Sourcing : Utilize a variety of channels (job boards, social media, networking events, etc.) to attract and source top healthcare talent.
- Screening and Interviewing : Conduct initial screenings, in-depth interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
- Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and aligning them with available opportunities.
- Client Collaboration : Work closely with healthcare facilities and clients to understand their staffing needs, culture, and requirements for each position.
- Job Posting and Advertising : Write and post job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Candidate Placement : Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, offer letters, and onboarding processes.
- Compliance : Ensure all recruitment activities comply with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.
- Data Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates, job orders, and placements using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices to provide clients with strategic recruitment advice.
- Reporting : Prepare and present regular reports on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Qualifications :
