Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Travel Executive role based in South Delhi. The Travel Executive will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, providing consultation on various travel packages, and ensuring customer satisfaction through outstanding service. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, creating personalized travel itineraries, managing bookings and reservations, and coordinating logistical aspects of travel execution. The role requires close coordination with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless travel experiences for clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking tickets, accommodations, and transportation services
• Expertise in Travel Consulting to provide tailored travel packages and itineraries
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and resolve inquiries
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with international and domestic travel destinations, along with prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry
• Proficiency in a foreign language (e.g., Russian, Spanish, Italian, German, French) is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
