Job Description

Desired Competencies (Technical / Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

SAP GRC Implementation : Design, configure, and implement SAP GRC modules like Access Control, Process Control, and Risk Management.

SAP IDM Implementation : Automate user provisioning and de-provisioning for new hires and role changes to grant access quickly.

Role and Access Management : Create and manage secure user roles for SAP ECC and S / 4HANA environments, including Fiori and HANA roles.

Risk Management : Conduct risk assessments, analyze and mitigate security risks, and perform regular user access reviews.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with regulations like SOX by implementing and managing GRC policies and procedures.

Auditing : Support internal and external audits by providing access reviews, audit logs, and security documentation.

Technical Support : Troubleshoot issues related to authorization, security, and GRC implementation, and collaborating with other technical and functional teams.

Training : Train end-users on SAP security best practices and GRC applications.

Communication :

Excellent client-facing and communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Problem-Solving :

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Business Acumen :

Deep knowledge of utility-specific business processes, particularly in electricity and gas domains.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are crucial for interacting with stakeholders and troubleshooting complex issues.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

SAP GRC :

Strong expertise in SAP GRC Access Control (AC 12.0 / 10.x), including modules for Access Risk Analysis, Emergency Access Management, and Access Request Management.

SAP Security :

In-depth knowledge of SAP ECC and / or S / 4HANA security, including Fiori and HANA role design

SAP IDM :

Experience with SAP Identity Management (IDM) for automating user access processes.

Conduct system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide training to end-users on billing processes.

Minimum Qualification :

15 years of full-time education
