Job Description

• Operate bending machines to bend metal sheets or parts according to engineering drawings with precise dimensions.
• Set up machines by selecting and installing the appropriate dies and tools for each job.
• Read and interpret blueprints to understand bending sequence and angle requirements.
• Perform trial bend operations and make adjustments to ensure the accuracy of bends.
• Maintain machine cleanliness, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation.
• Adhere to safety standards to prevent accidents during machine operation.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams to ensure output meets standards and deadlines.
