The Assistant Event Manager will support the planning and execution of various events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client expectations. This entry-level position is ideal for freshers looking to start their career in event management.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and organizing events from start to finish according to requirements, target audience, and objectives.
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation for guests.
- Support marketing efforts to promote events through various channels including social media and email campaigns.
- Maintain and track budgets for events, ensuring all expenses are documented and reported accurately.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to evaluate the success of events and identify areas for improvement.
Skills and Qualifications
