Work Mode :

Onsite from TrueID office is mandatory

Key Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java-based microservices using Spring Boot.

Architect and implement event-driven systems leveraging message brokers and asynchronous communication.

Ensure high availability and resilience by building fault-tolerant services.

Customize and manage orchestration flows using

Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS

Containerize applications using

Docker

for local development and production deployments.

Collaborate with DevOps, frontend, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services.

Contribute to architectural decisions and best practices in service orchestration.

Must-Have Skills :

5–7 years of hands-on experience in

Java

and

Spring Boot

Proven experience in

product development

(not just project execution).

Strong understanding of

event-driven architectures

and asynchronous systems.

Deep experience with

Spring Security

and

Keycloak integration

Solid knowledge of

Relational Databases (RDBMS)

and

NoSQL Databases

Demonstrated experience in building

fault-tolerant, scalable

systems.

Hands-on experience with

Netflix Conductor / Conductor OSS

customization.

Good understanding of

microservice orchestration patterns

Practical experience with

Docker

for containerization.

Nice-to-Have :

Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, or other messaging systems.

Familiarity with Kubernetes and CI / CD pipeline tools.

Exposure to observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack).
