Director - Risk

Dream11 is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director - Risk to lead our Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing robust policies, procedures, and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate various risks across the organization. Your Role

• Develop and implement the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) initiatives , including establishing policies, procedures, and frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to identify and prioritize major risks such as operational, financial, regulatory, reputational, and strategic risks.
• Utilize data to identify Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) , ensuring accurate risk assessment and monitoring mitigation actions for continuous improvement.
• Assist in proactive identification of emerging risks through oversight of industry trends, regulatory changes, technological advancements, and other external factors.
• Monitor risks emerging from the rolling product roadmap as well as ad hoc product changes implemented during the year.
• Manage risk reporting processes and provide timely updates to the Risk Management Committee (RMC), ensuring effective communication of risk events and responses.
• Guide your team in managing risks , encourage collaboration, and promote continuous learning to improve skills and effectiveness.
