Position Overview :
We are looking for an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Childhood Teacher to join our family-focused, members-only club. The ideal candidate will work with children ages 0-6, fostering a playful, inclusive, and enriching environment for our young members and their families. This role requires a passion for early childhood development, creativity in facilitating age-appropriate activities, and the ability to work collaboratively with families to create memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage and Educate : Foster a warm, engaging, and safe atmosphere that supports the cognitive, emotional, and physical development of children from birth to 6 years old.
- Facilitate Activities : Plan, organize, and lead a range of age-appropriate activities and programs, including arts and crafts, storytelling, music, movement, sensory play, and other interactive experiences that promote learning and fun.
- Family Collaboration : Work closely with families, encouraging parental involvement and providing guidance on fostering learning at home. Act as a resource for developmental milestones and parenting techniques that support each child's growth.
- Safety and Cleanliness : Ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment, following club policies and best practices in early childhood safety and hygiene.
- Observation and Communication : Monitor each child's development, providing feedback to families and adapting activities to meet diverse learning needs and styles.
- Team Collaboration : Work with other club staff and educators to develop and maintain a positive, cohesive team atmosphere, sharing insights and collaborating on family-focused initiatives.
- Event Participation : Support and participate in club-wide events and seasonal activities that create special memories for club members.
What You Will Have :
Education : Degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field. Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience working with children ages 0-6, ideally in a family-centered environment or community setting.Ideally, your experience will tell us you have / are
