This role demands strong expertise in database design, performance tuning, backup & recovery, and cloud database services. The selected candidate will play a critical role in database planning, development, and troubleshooting to support business needs.

• Monitor and optimize database performance using tuning and disk optimization techniques.
• Implement data models, database designs, and maintenance scripts.
• Resolve database performance, capacity, and replication issues.
• Plan and coordinate data migrations between systems.
• Manage database backups, recovery procedures, and disaster recovery plans.
• Install and test upgrades, patches, and maintain database security.
• Automate database processes using scripts (PowerShell / Python / Bash).
• Support data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
• Manage databases in cloud environments (AWS RDS, Azure SQL, Google Cloud SQL).
