ServiceNow Integration Architect

Key Responsibilities :

• Architect and lead the design and implementation of complex ServiceNow integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define integration requirements and solutions.
• Develop scalable, secure, and efficient integrations using REST / SOAP APIs and MID Servers.
• Guide technical teams during full lifecycle implementations and upgrades.
• Provide best practices for integration, architecture, and performance optimization.
• Ensure seamless integration across ServiceNow modules such as ITOM, HAM, and SAM.
• Utilize JavaScript, HTML / CSS, and SQL for customizations and reporting.
• Mentor junior developers and review technical designs for quality assurance.
