Responsibilities :

1. Project Planning & Design :

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments, develop detailed engineering plans and specifications, and optimize system design for maximum energy production.

2. Project Execution & Management :

Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, oversee on-site construction, and ensure project completion on schedule and within budget.

3. Coordination & Collaboration :

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, equipment vendors, and cross-functional teams, including procurement, civil, and electrical engineers.

4. Technical Oversight :

Supervise installation and commissioning, verify quality of equipment and workmanship, conduct system performance analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues.

5. Compliance & Permitting :

Ensure projects adhere to local and international safety and regulatory standards, and coordinate with authorities for necessary permits.

6. Reporting & Documentation :

Maintain project records, prepare progress reports for management and clients, and compile closeout documentation.

7. Risk Management :

Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirement / Skills :

Proficiency in engineering and project management software (e.g., MS Office, AutoCAD, PVSyst).

Strong understanding of solar energy systems, PV technology, and relevant codes.

Familiarity with project scheduling and construction means and methods.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s diploma / degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or Renewable Energy disciplines.

Proven experience (often 3-5+ years) in solar or renewable energy project management.
