We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who specializes in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring for IT and technology roles.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the technology landscape, proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Contract-to-Hire and permanent technical positions across various clients.
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media platforms.
- Evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit based on client requirements.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate C2H terms, rate cards, and joining formalities with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for recurring roles.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates during selection, offer, and onboarding stages.
- Manage and maintain recruitment reports, trackers, and database accuracy.
- Partner with Account Managers and Clients to understand hiring needs and deliver quality profiles within deadlines.
Requirements :
