Key Responsibilities :
Market and place consultants (IT / Non-IT) by identifying and developing new vendor / client relationships.
Maintain relationships with vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients.
Work on corp-to-corp (C2C), W2, and 1099 contract requirements.
Regularly update consultants on market trends, interview feedback, and placement progress.
Submit qualified consultants against open job requirements through job boards, vendor portals, and networking.
Negotiate rates with vendors / clients and close the best possible deals.
Maintain an updated database of consultants and marketing activities.
Coordinate with consultants for interviews, onboarding, and post-placement support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and client / vendor agreements.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Proven experience (1–5 years) as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US IT staffing.
Strong knowledge of US Tax terms (C2C, W2, 1099).
Familiarity with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be flexible to work in US time zones .
Excellent relationship-building skills with consultants and clients / vendors.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience marketing consultants with diverse skill sets (Java, .NET, BA, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, etc.).
Prior experience with Tier-1 vendors and direct clients.
Good understanding of the US staffing lifecycle and legal requirements.
