The Collaboration Lead is responsible for managing and optimizing enterprise collaboration platforms, including Microsoft SharePoint (On-Prem & Online), Microsoft Teams, and associated governance and lifecycle tools such as Teams Manager, ShareGate, and HYCU.

This role will oversee configuration, governance, and lifecycle management to ensure secure, compliant, and efficient collaboration across digital and physical environments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem administration, governance frameworks, and collaboration technology planning.

Responsibilities

1. SharePoint (On-Prem and Online) Administration

• Oversee configuration and lifecycle management of SharePoint communication, team, and hub sites.
• Define and enforce governance and permissions models aligned with organizational policies.
• Support site creation, archival, and retirement processes with proper documentation.
• Ensure configuration-only management; customizations require Client approval.
• Manage content lifecycle and compliance policies in accordance with IT governance standards.
