Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end purchasing of raw materials, packaging, and consumables.
- Source and negotiate with vendors to ensure cost efficiency and quality.
- Maintain inventory levels to meet production schedules.
- Track market trends and suggest cost-saving alternatives.
- Ensure all purchases meet food safety and quality standards (HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP).
- Coordinate with production, QC, and warehouse teams for material planning.
