Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Coordinator to join our team.

Responsibilities :

• Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements.
• Document requirements and prepare functional specifications in collaboration with senior team members.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to ensure tasks are delivered as per requirements.
• Support the preparation of project documentation such as process flows, use cases, and reports.
• Assist in testing activities by creating test cases, scenarios, and validating deliverables against requirements.
• Track project progress, update status reports, and highlight risks or delays to the project manager.
• Provide end-user support, including creating user guides and training materials.
• Stay updated on industry practices and contribute ideas for process improvement.
