V Group is expanding its public-sector staffing operations and is seeking a dynamic US Staffing Trainer to lead and elevate our recruitment teams. As a Trainer, you’ll be instrumental in building recruiter capabilities across State client programs, ensuring process excellence, compliance, and consistent performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and process training for recruiters focused on State and Federal client hiring
• Design and deliver training modules covering :
• US Staffing lifecycle for State contracts (Contract, C2C, W2)
• RFPs, RFQs, and SOW-based hiring
• Compliance protocols (E-Verify, Background Checks, NDAs, etc.)
• US Tax Terms & Visa Types (W2, 1099, Corp-to-Corp, USC, GC, H1B, H4 EAD, GC EAD)
• Conduct refresher sessions on compliance, communication, and client-specific processes
• Standardize hiring practices for State clients and align with client SLAs
• Monitor performance metrics and generate data-driven reports to track progress
