Mavit Digital is more than just a service provider; we are your partners in online success.About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead our diverse project portfolio and drive exceptional client results. This role will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing strategic solutions, and overseeing a team of 15 digital marketing experts to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.This isn't a typical PM role; it is a leadership position focusing on client relationship management and acting as the strategic knowledge hub across all digital channels. We need someone who can both lead client communication and effectively direct the execution teams.Key Responsibilities
• Client Relationship Management :   Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across US, Canada, and other international markets, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and long-term partnership development.
• Strategic Planning :   Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies for clients based on their business objectives, market analysis, and industry best practices to drive measurable results.
• Team Leadership :   Manage and coordinate a team of 15 specialists including Designers, Content Writers, SEO Specialists, and PPC Experts, ensuring optimal resource allocation and performance.
• Task Allocation & Coordination :   Assign projects and tasks to relevant experts based on their expertise and availability, ensuring balanced workloads and skill-appropriate assignments.
• Project Management :   Monitor project progress, track deliverables, conduct regular team check-ins, and ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Quality Assurance :   Review project outputs, provide feedback, and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations and company standards before final submission.
• Reporting & Analytics :   Provide regular project status updates to CEO, compile performance reports, and analyze project outcomes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Cross-functional Collaboration :   Coordinate with different departments and specialists to ensure integrated approach across all digital marketing domains for comprehensive client solutions.Qualifications
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, preferably in digital marketing agencies with proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong experience in dealing with foreign clients, particularly from US, Canada, and other English-speaking markets with understanding of cultural nuances and business practices.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all digital marketing domains (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Content Marketing, Email Marketing) with proficiency in at least one specialized area (SMM, SEO, or Performance Marketing).
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with ability to articulate complex strategies and technical concepts to clients and team members effectively.
• Proficiency in project management tools (Asana preferred or similar platforms) and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities with experience in managing diverse teams and ensuring collaborative work environment.
• Relevant certifications in chosen digital marketing domain (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar) demonstrating expertise and commitment to continuous learning.
