Job descriptionStudy market trends and contribute to ideation Recipe development, documentation, and costing Define product presentation standards Create SOPs to productionise standard recipes on a large scale Train the production teams on standard recipes and SOPs Supporting marketing in development of product descriptions, packaging, photo shoots, and Hotel Management graduate with 7-8 years of experience in five-star hotels and / or Strong experience in pastry and bakery Exposure to hot & cold kitchen and general management of kitchen Skills & Attitude Strong alignment to Values & ethical principles Strong technical understanding in pastry making and bakery
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support new product development across the product categories, including pastry, bakery,
desserts, sandwiches, savouries, chocolate, and beverages
product demo videos.
