Role Overview
Responsible for driving project-wise sales performance within an assigned cluster. The Cluster Head oversees site teams, manages channel partners, and ensures achievement of sales targets and process adherence.
Key Responsibilities
- Own cluster-level sales targets and ensure achievement. Direct, referral and CP sales targets.
- Supervise site sales executives and assistant managers.
- Ensure high-quality customer engagement and closure process.
- Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales to improve lead conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and dashboards.
- Share weekly progress reports with VP Sales.
- Build and maintain relations with Channel Partners and drive business
