Senior Accounts Executive

Role : Accounts Head

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Accounts Head who will oversee the company's accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance processes. The ideal candidate must be CA Final qualified , possess hands-on expertise in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance Suite , and bring proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting for a fast-paced organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, reconciliations, and expense management.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, MIS reports, and dashboards for management review.
• Manage audits, internal controls, and risk assessments.
• Develop and streamline accounting policies, systems, and processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Optimize financial operations using Zoho – must be proficient in automation, reporting, and advanced features.
