Area Marketing Manager

Profile

As an Area Marketing Manager , you will be responsible for managing a team of Field Sales Executives (FSEs) and ensuring the team achieves company sales and marketing goals.

You will also plan and run marketing campaigns, train new team members, and make sure targets are met on time.

This role requires strong leadership, communication skills, and willingness to travel for on-field work.

• Note - Only Local candidates are applicable for this profile with 4 years of as Manager level and total

7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing must they have.

Key Task

1.   Leading and managing a team of Field Sales Executives.

2.   Ensuring the team achieves daily, monthly, and yearly targets.

3.   Recruiting, training, and mentoring new members.

4.   Running customer acquisition and marketing campaigns in the field.

5.   Monitoring performance and reporting results to senior management.

Salary & Benefits

₹6,00,000 – ₹18,00,000 per year (based on experience and interview performance). Includes fixed pay + performance incentives + travel allowance.
