About the Role We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager with strong expertise in freelance bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.) . In this role, you will identify new business opportunities, craft winning proposals, and build long-term client relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our global footprint and driving consistent revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities Generate qualified leads and build a robust sales pipeline through Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, PPH, Guru, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator .
Write persuasive and client-focused proposals to win projects.
Negotiate effectively with prospects and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships , ensuring repeat and referral business.
Collaborate with internal delivery teams to align client requirements with services.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
Explore upselling / cross-selling opportunities for additional services.
Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of proven experience in Upwork bidding, business development, or lead generation.
Strong expertise in proposal writing, client communication, and negotiation .
Hands-on experience with Sales Navigator, Lusha, Apollo, and freelance platforms .
Ability to identify, pitch, and close high-value international clients.
Prior experience in selling Web Development, Mobile Apps, or Digital Marketing services is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
