Maintains a solid knowledge base of the functional capabilities and is a Subject Matter Expert for the custom developed or vendor software products primarily JIRA & ServiceNow.
Responsible for End user service automation involving Microsoft product( AD, Azure AD, Intune, SCCM etc) , ServiceNow & Atlassian JIRA etc.
Possesses overall understanding of applicable business processes and workflows.
Works as a bridge between JIRA admin and Process owners
Responsible for actively participating in Design Thinking sessions to gain insights into end user and customer needs.
Creates documentation including requirement User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Feature Description PowerPoint decks, Process Flows and Analysis Models, Personas, Journey Maps, Wireframes and User Guides.
Helps in defining and managing scope and sprints for a project.
Participates in reviews of plans associated with project execution.
Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately
Testing of new and existing functionality
Documentation of new and existing process
Training of end users if needed.
Perform sprint planning for the team, keeping track of the progress
Prepare documents as and when necessary
Implementing sprint ceremonies
Creation and maintenance of user stories, backlog and story boards
