Role Overview :

We are seeking skilled professionals with expertise in Prompt Engineering to enhance the performance and accuracy of Large Language Models (LLMs) across a variety of complex tasks, including intelligent data extraction from scanned documents and text automation.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, test, and optimize prompts to improve LLM output quality and reliability.

Collaborate with data science and AI teams to refine LLM-based workflows .

Develop and maintain Python scripts for data extraction and model optimization.

Implement and monitor AWS Lambda functions or similar automation frameworks.

Analyze model responses, identify performance gaps, and iterate on prompt improvements.

Document prompt engineering strategies, model performance metrics, and tuning results.

Key Requirements :

6–10 years of total experience with strong exposure to AI, NLP, or LLMs .

Hands-on experience with Python programming and prompt design / optimization .

Experience in building or fine-tuning LLM pipelines (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar).

Familiarity with AWS Lambda , APIs, and cloud deployment workflows.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on innovation and precision.

Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment .
