C) Role Description

• Manage and process orders across all e-commerce platforms
• Handle customer queries, emails, and communication professionally
• Update order details, inventory records, and daily / weekly reports
• Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatches
• Create and manage product listings on e-commerce platforms
• Track, follow up, and resolve order-related issues
• Support order management activities, including Sales Orders and Purchase Orders
