Job Title : Cisco ACI Network Architect L4 :
Seeking a 16+ years experienced Network Architect with deep expertise in Cisco ACI fabric design, large-scale DC transformation, and L2 / L3 fabric modernization for ultra-low latency, regulated financial environments.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead end-to-end ACI architecture, fabric design, migration strategies, and multi-site deployments.
Define ACI policy models, multi-tenancy, segmentation, and integration with security & load balancer ecosystems.
Govern ACI lifecycle management, SDN roadmap, micro-segmentation strategy & automation frameworks (Python / API / Ansible).
Mentor L2 / L3 ops teams, act as final escalation point for critical trading network incidents.
Ensure fabric resilience, DR design, zero-downtime change governance, and regulatory audit compliance.
Collaborate with CIO, cybersecurity, and platform heads to align network strategy with business continuity.
Lead capacity planning, performance tuning, latency optimization, and proactive fault analytics using NAE / APIC insights.
Engage with OEMs & stakeholders for tech refresh, RFP evaluations, and strategic network modernization.
Technical & Leadership Requirements :
16+ years in Data Center & Network Architecture with strong Cisco ACI fabric leadership.
Expertise in VXLAN EVPN fabric design, APIC policy abstraction models, multi-site architecture.
Proven experience in BFSI or stock exchange-grade networks with strict compliance and SLA models.
Strong exposure to automation, API-driven operations, ITIL governance, and fabric security segmentation.
Stakeholder-facing role with leadership in engineering governance, RCA approvals, and design signoffs.
Preferred Certifications :
CCIE DC / Cisco ACI Expert-level Certification / DCACI
ITIL Expert / TOGAF or Architecture Governance Certifications a plus
