Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll (US / Global), iRecruitment, OTL, and Performance Management.
- Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.
- Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client / business requirements.
- Develop and maintain technical components such as PL / SQL packages and procedures, Interfaces (Inbound / Outbound), XML / BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Personalization).
- Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.
- Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.
- Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
- Document functional and technical specifications.
- Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning efforts.
Required Skills and Qualifications
More than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenarios.Benefits
