Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of an Oracle EBS HRMS Consultant.

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Oracle EBS HRMS modules including Core HR, SSHR, Payroll (US / Global), iRecruitment, OTL, and Performance Management.
  • Gather business requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and recommend solutions based on Oracle best practices.
  • Design and configure Oracle HRMS modules to meet client / business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical components such as PL / SQL packages and procedures, Interfaces (Inbound / Outbound), XML / BI Publisher Reports, Fast Formulas, Workflows (AME / WF), Personalizations (using OA Framework / Forms Personalization).
  • Provide production support and troubleshoot issues across HRMS modules.
  • Perform data conversions and migrations using APIs or Interface Tables.
  • Assist in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and training.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and external vendors.
  • Document functional and technical specifications.
  • Support system upgrades, patching, and cloning efforts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • More than 10 years of working experience in implementations, upgrades, support, and enhancements for the Oracle HRMS suite.
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM is a plus.
  • Knowledge of local payroll or statutory compliance for specific countries (e.g., US, UK, India).
  • Certifications in Oracle HRMS or HCM.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud migration or co-existence scenarios.
