Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced AEM Manager to lead the development and integration of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions.

The role involves building HTL wrappers for Lit-based web components, extending Sling models, modifying dialogues, and ensuring accessibility, responsiveness, and authoring consistency.

The candidate will collaborate with frontend and design system teams and follow AEM best practices for Cloud Service compatibility.

Key Responsibilities :

Build HTL wrappers for Lit-based web components.
Integrate web component bundles into AEM client libraries.
Update or extend Sling models to support authoring requirements.
Modify AEM Dialogues for web component options.
Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and authoring consistency.
Collaborate with AEM, frontend, and design teams to enforce standards.
Adhere to AEM best practices for Cloud Service deployments.

Required Skills :

3+ years of hands-on experience with AEM 6.5 (on-prem) or Cloud Service.

Strong expertise in HTL, Sling models, JCR, and AEM Dialogues.

Experience integrating web components or JavaScript frameworks into AEM.

Familiarity with client libraries, AEM deployment workflows, Git, Maven, and local AEM SDK setups.

Knowledge of SCSS and token-driven styles.

Good To Have :

Exposure to Lit, Storybook, design systems, Webpack.

UI development experience.
