Position

As a Recruiter at Riverbed Technology, you'll be a critical partner in shaping and executing our experienced hiring strategy. You'll work closely with business leaders, hiring managers, and teammates across APAC and beyond.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for roles across financial services, technology, risk, and operations - from sourcing to offer acceptance.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent and build long-term pipelines.
• Collaborate deeply with hiring managers to understand team needs, role requirements, and future growth plans.
• Create compelling candidate experiences that reflect Riverbed's unique culture and values.
• Use data to inform decisions : Track, measure, and report on hiring pipeline health, market trends, and process improvements.
• Influence hiring outcomes by coaching stakeholders on best practices, market insights, and recruitment techniques.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives in partnership with marketing, social media, and campus teams.
