About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads (PPC / Paid Marketing) ( Custom App Development Services) with strong expertise in generating qualified international B2B leads for custom mobile / web app development services . The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads , targeting markets such as USA, UK, UAE, and Australia .

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other global platforms.
• Develop performance marketing strategies focused on high-quality B2B leads.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, and campaign optimization to reduce CPL and maximize ROI.
• Track and analyze KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPL, conversions) and perform A / B testing.
• Collaborate with design / content teams on creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
• Set up and maintain tracking using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and UTM parameters.
• Prepare weekly / monthly performance reports and provide data-driven insights.
• Conduct competitor research and stay updated on digital trends.
