Job descriptionA Statement of Interest (≤1200 words) describing your interest and suitability for the position A detailed resume (Optional but recommended) Past work samples such as project documentation, college project work, or links Strong understanding of Hospital Management from an IT perspective Experience in product development, software workflows, and technical writing Confidence in working with C-suite executives and physicians Ability to address problems through Information Technology solutions Software Project Management and Product Development skills (Preferred) Prior experience in a hospital technology team or a Healthcare IT company (Plus) An MBA with a background in Healthcare IT or Hospital Management Be part of a strong team at a growing Healthcare IT ScaleUp Build deep understanding of existing products Develop and manage the product feature pipeline that delivers value to customers and business Understand business requirements, regulations, and industry standards Research and report on global technology trends in Healthcare IT Work closely with software engineers to refine and deliver features aligned with global standards Create software workflows and product specifications Use latest AI tools such as Figma and Cursor to build application scaffolds and communicate effectively with the development team Collaborate with physicians to capture gaps and feature requirements Engage with customers regularly for feedback, product improvements, and workshops Support pre-sales demos and product presentations at customer sites Attend industry seminars to showcase products and track market trends zMed Healthcare Technologies Pvt Ltd is a deep-tech firm developing hardware and software solutions for healthcare. zMed is our flagship enterprise solution for critical care, ICU automation, data intelligence, and analytics.
