Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Executive to drive both collections and sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in business loan collections and / or sales in financial services, with strong interpersonal skills, local market knowledge, and a target-driven approach. Key Responsibilities : Collections :
- Conduct field visits to recover overdue payments, focusing on DPD >
90 days and NPA / write off cases.
Handle loan cases with ticket sizes of ₹7–10 lakhs and above.Maintain accurate visit records and submit daily collection reports.Negotiate repayment plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Sales & Business Development :Promote invoice financing solutions to retailers and distributors.Meet sales targets and manage acquisition costs within budget.Identify new client opportunities and cross-sell financial products.Track daily sales performance and collaborate with distributor sales staff. Relationship Management :Build and maintain strong relationships with borrowers, clients, and stakeholders.Recruit, train, and manage Direct Sales Teams (DST) and Agents (DSA).Understand customer financial needs and offer tailored solutions. Requirements :Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Loan Collections and / or Financial Sales.Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently in a field role.Valid driver's license and own transportation.Skills Required
