Job descriptionBe the data detective : Collect, analyze, and figure out what the process performance data is telling us (trends, patterns, insights). Keep the data clean and accurate (data cleansing and transformation). Collaborate with engineering for 100% data source automation and validation. Experience with data modeling and integrating multiple data sources. Whip up cool visuals and dashboards using stuff like Power BI and Google Analytics. Look at business / operations data and pull out smart, actionable insights. Write clear reports that back up your findings and recommend next steps. Present your data deep-dives and ideas to big-shot stakeholders, even the BU Head! Education : A Bachelor's or Master's in a math, computer science, data science, or similar field is key. Certifications : Nice to have, but not mandatory. Experience : At least 5+ years doing data analytics for operations in an IT / ITeS / BPO / KPO setting. You need to know how to build those reports and dashboards from the ground up! Tech Know-How : Solid grasp of data management, data flow, analysis methods, stats, and visualization rules. Experience modeling data and pulling it together from different sources. Work with engineering folks to fully automate and validate data fields. MUST know Excel, Power BI, and Google Suite for data analysis and visuals. Be a sharp thinker and a great problem-solver. Talk well, present clearly, and get along with people. Be able to turn vague business needs into specific tech plans. Work well on your own and with a team. Juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
