Job descriptionITSM Tools : ServiceNow, JIRA Database : MySQL (Basic knowledge) Protocol : MQTT Monitor the health status of applications using Datadog or similar monitoring tools. Check incident and service tickets in ServiceNow. Perform ticket analysis and root cause identification; seek support from L4 teams for deeper technical details. Submit incident reports and impact analysis; update SOPs accordingly. Coordinate with Development and DevOps teams for troubleshooting and issue resolution. Support platform version upgrades. Perform build and deployment activities for frontend and backend components. Execute backup and recovery procedures as per established guidelines.
