Responsibilities
- Define and execute the regional sales strategy.
- Drive business development initiatives, identifying growth opportunities in the regional market.
- Deliver on sales targets, preparing monthly reports and forecasts.
- Represent the company at trade fairs, customer meetings, and supplier visits as required.
- Collaborate with suppliers on commercial terms, pricing, and resolve any operational issues (quality, logistics, etc.).
- Develop and manage relationships with suppliers, including price negotiations, quality follow-up, and complaint resolution (quality, service, delivery).
Skills and Qualifications :
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.8+ years of proven experience in B2B sales in the chemicals or experience in a fast growing start up in B2B Sales.Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performance sales teams.Preferred qualities include entrepreneurial mindset, strong techno-commercial acumen, excellent networking skills, ownership, commitment, and high emotional intelligence.
