Job description1–3 years of experience editing for e-commerce or DTC brands. Strong understanding of ad psychology, hooks, and messaging. Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut Desktop. Reliable communication and ability to meet deadlines. Bonus : Experience with UGC or influencer-style editing. Full-time remote position (5 days / week). Fast-paced, high-growth agency environment. Opportunity to work with international brands. Room to grow into Creative Lead or Ad Director roles.

We’re now expanding our creative team and looking for a full-time Video Editor who knows how to turn raw footage into high-converting, thumb-stopping content.
What You’ll Do
- Edit short-form videos for ads (TikTok, Meta, YouTube Shorts, Reels).
- Create scroll-stopping hooks and maintain audience attention.
- Add engaging captions, transitions, sound design, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to translate brand messages into compelling visuals.
- Deliver multiple edits weekly, manage feedback, and ensure quick turnaround.
