Job description3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to QA and Project Coordination. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field. Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Analytics or Information Systems. Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (functional knowledge, user stories, workflows, reporting). Experience in Lending & Loans domain (preferred). Ability to prepare and execute test cases, manage UAT cycles, and ensure defect closure. Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail. Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification. Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models. Exposure to integration projects in financial services.

Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and the technical team for Salesforce-related initiatives.
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation of Salesforce implementations.
- Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and support project governance activities.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
- Support change management and training initiatives for end-users.
