Business Analyst
Experience : 3-5 Years
Location : Jaipur (Work from Client Office)
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and the technical team for Salesforce-related initiatives.
 - Gather, document, and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
 - Perform functional testing, UAT coordination, and validation of Salesforce implementations.
 - Track project milestones, prepare status reports, and support project governance activities.
 - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
 - Support change management and training initiatives for end-users.
 
Required Skills & Experience :
3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with exposure to QA and Project Coordination.Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.Masters degree (MBA or equivalent) in Business Analytics or Information Systems.Strong understanding of Salesforce platform (functional knowledge, user stories, workflows, reporting).Experience in Lending & Loans domain (preferred).Ability to prepare and execute test cases, manage UAT cycles, and ensure defect closure.Excellent communication, documentation, and client-facing skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.Nice to Have :
Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst certification.Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.Exposure to integration projects in financial services.(ref : iimjobs.com)
