Description

We are seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers / entry-level candidates who are passionate about technology and eager to provide excellent support to our users.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
• Assist users in resolving technical issues via phone, email, or in-person support.
• Manage and resolve IT support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain an inventory of IT equipment and ensure all hardware is in good working condition.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates for software applications and operating systems.
• Provide training and support for users on various software applications.
