About the Role :
We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused professionals for inbound calling process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing accurate information and ensuring a smooth customer experience.
Key responsibilities.
Handle inbound calls related to client products and Services
Resolve customer queries efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide product and service information both in Hindi and English
Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department in a timely manner
Maintain quality standards and follow process guidelines
Required Skills and Qualification
Minimum qualification : +2 / Intermediate (Graduate Preferred)
Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory
Excellent verbal communication and listening skills
Ability to handle customer interactions with patience and empathy.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)

Candidates must work from Office - Bangalore
Rotational shifts may apply based on Business requirements.
