Job description

Role : Senior Full Stack Developer

Experience : 7+ Years

Overview

We are seeking a strong Individual Contributor (IC) who can independently handle projects from day one . The role requires deep expertise in React.js (Frontend) and Java, Spring Boot (Backend) to deliver scalable, performant, and maintainable solutions.

Primary Responsibilities – Frontend (50%)

  • Build robust and reusable React.js components using modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
  • Implement state management with React Hooks, Redux, or Context API .
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and cross-browser compatible UIs .
  • Write unit tests using Jest, React Testing Library (or equivalent).
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into high-quality UI / UX.

Primary Responsibilities – Backend (50%)

  • Design, develop, and maintain REST APIs using Java (8+) and Spring Boot .
  • Integrate with microservices and third-party APIs.
  • Support CI / CD pipelines and contribute to basic DevOps practices .
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of backend services.

  • Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudWatch).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies .
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills .
