- Sales and growth : Drive the adoption and usage of mobile banking, cross-sell various products, and on-board clients into the relationship banking program.
- Service and support : Act as the primary point of contact, addressing all banking needs, product inquiries, and service requirements for the assigned portfolio.
- Performance management : Take ownership of the mapped portfolio, focusing on customer service and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications and requirements :
Experience : A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in banking products, with a focus on high-net-worth clients, retail liability products, and virtual channels.
Education : Graduate or postgraduate degree, with a preference for a background in finance or commerce.
Skills :
- Strong relationship management, communication, and sales skills are essential.
- Candidates should be self-motivated and proficient in handling sales-based incentive roles.
Certifications : Valid AMFI or IRDA certifications may be preferred.
