JD for ServiceNow ITSM, Integration and HRSD :
8 - 10 years working with ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier ServiceNow production environment
- Design, develop, and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems using REST / SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, MID Server, and third-party connectors .
- Develop custom APIs and maintain seamless data exchange between ServiceNow and external applications.
- Ensure integrations align with best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements .
- Workflow Automation Customization :
- Utilize ServiceNow AppEngine and Creator Studio to build custom applications, automate workflows, and enhance business processes .
- Customize and configure ServiceNow modules , including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, and CMDB , to align with business requirements.
- Design and implement automated workflows to minimize manual effort and improve process efficiency .
- Data Management Optimization :
- Analyze, map, and transform data between ServiceNow and external platforms , ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency .
- Optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and reliability .
- Testing, Documentation Continuous Improvement :
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of integrations and workflows, resolving defects promptly.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for integrations, custom applications, and workflows.
- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features, integration capabilities, and automation tools to drive continuous improvement
- Hands-on experience in implementing HRSD & Integrtion, Employee workflow modules, Employee life cycle journey.
- Client and Server APIs i.e. GlideDialogWindow, GlideForm, GlideAggregate, Glide Record,
Mainline Certifications would be added advantage :
ServiceNow Administration certification
ServiceNow Implementation Specialist Certification
ServiceNow Certified Application developer
