The incumbent shall be responsible for teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels in Pharmacy, mentoring students in Pharmaceutical Regulatory Affairs/Pharmaceutics, and contributing towards academic development, research output, and industry collaborations of the University.
Professor
Essential
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline from reputed institution.
- First Class at Bachelor’s with Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
- Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time.
- Minimum 10 years of post‐PhD experience in teaching/research at PCI approved institution and/or, of which at least 5 years at the level of an Associate Professor in PCI approved /recognized Pharmacy institution.
- Minimum 10 SCI Publications in refereed journals.
- Successfully guided at least two Ph.D. students.
- Experience of handling research projects funded by national/international agencies.
- Capacity to undertake R&D projects from industry, consultancy assignments
Desirable
- Recipient of Post-Doctoral fellowship.
Associate Professor
Essential
- Ph.D. in relevant discipline from reputed institution.
- First Class at Bachelor’s with Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of specialization in Pharmacy from an institute approved by Pharmacy Council of India (PCI).
- Registration as a pharmacist under the Pharmacy Act, 1948, as amended from time to time.
- Minimum 08 years of post‐PhD experience in teaching at PCI approved institution and/or research, of which at least 03 years at the level of an Assistant Professor in PCI approved /recognized Pharmacy institution.
- Minimum 07 SCI Publications in refereed journals.
- Experience of handling research projects funded by national/international agencies.
- Capacity to undertake R&D projects from industry, consultancy assignments
- Successfully guided at least one Ph.D. student.
Desirable
- Recipient of Post-Doctoral fellowship.
