Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance & Accounts based in Ahmedabad to lead financial operations, ensure compliance, and drive strategic financial planning. The role requires a mix of strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen to support growth and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling processes.
• Provide insights into financial performance, variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
• Oversee accounting operations, general ledger, accounts payable / receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (direct & indirect taxation, GST, TDS, corporate laws, etc.).
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate financial implications of strategies, investments, and projects.
• Drive cost optimization, working capital management, and financial controls.
• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management and board review.
• Manage banking relationships, funding requirements, and cash flow planning.
• Monitor credit, liquidity, and risk management processes.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals.
• Establish best practices, processes, and internal controls.
