Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions Integration Specialist . This individual will be responsible for leading the successful implementation of the Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions system, ensuring seamless integration into our organization. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our workforce management processes and supporting our HR and operations teams.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions , including project planning, system configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and develop effective solutions aligned with organizational goals.
• Analyze existing workforce management processes and workflows to identify areas for optimization and automation.
• Configure and customize Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions modules and functionality based on business requirements, ensuring accurate and efficient time and attendance tracking, scheduling, labor management, and reporting.
• Work with IT and other relevant departments to ensure successful integration of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions with existing systems and applications.
• Develop comprehensive documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing usage of Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions .
• Conduct training sessions and provide end-user support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize user adoption.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during the implementation phase and post-implementation support.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in Workforce Manager Kronos Dimensions , recommending enhancements and system optimizations.
• Develop expertise in ADP as Kronos will be transitioned to ADP .
